Rental Requirements
The
minimum requirements for anyone and everyone are the first month's rent,
the
last month's rent, and a one-month security deposit. This means if you are
able
to go with the minimum requirement, you will need three (3) times whatever
the monthly
rent would be (This is true for any and all properties).
If you have some significant problem
with the application you can still rent,
however, more than a one-month security
deposit may be required.
